Delivery Terms

General information about the online store

The products in the online store are sold by PL Parts.

We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Products are mainly ordered via the internet through the shopping cart on the website www.plvaraosati.fi.

All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the order total, shipping costs, and a list of ordered products. Receiving an order confirmation requires providing an email address at the time of ordering.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions in effect at the time.

Companies can also order products via invoice. Please send us an email with the details of the products you wish to order. Also include your delivery and billing address in the email.

New business customer account setup fee: €5.90 (VAT 0%)

Order and payment confirmation

We will send an order confirmation by email, which includes:

  • List of ordered products
  • Total amount of the invoice
  • Tax breakdown

Delivery methods and time

The delivery time for products is 3–10 business days. We aim to ship items the next business day after the order is placed, provided the product is in stock. Delivery costs and options are shown on the cart and checkout pages.

Delivery method: Postal Package.

Available delivery methods for the order are shown in the shopping cart and at checkout.

Exchange and return policy

All products come with a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law. The right of exchange and return applies only to unused, resaleable items in their original packaging. Notification of return must be made clearly, for example by email.

Please include the following information with the return:

  • Order number
  • Order date / date of receipt
  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your phone number

Return Costs: The product amount will be refunded to the payment method used by the customer.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after the delivery has been received.

Issues during delivery or with faulty products

f a product is lost during delivery, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, you must report the issue immediately to info@plvaraosat.fi

Notification of an incorrect delivery or defective product should be made as soon as possible. If the package is damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the postal service immediately.
